Recherche d’hôtels − Comté de Colbert

« I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. »

« The hotel smelled clean in the lobby and the room we stayed in was fairly clean but the hall ways smelled like an old drunk chain smoker. I guess from the carpet and the stained walls in the hallway. The breakfast was pretty minimum and not impressive at all ,pancakes and packaged muffins and bagels and cereal. « It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types »

« Overall plesant visit. Plenty of room and accommodating with our service animals. Clean and fresh inside. Needs ouside cleaning/treatment (spiders and wasps plentiful), some decking should be replaced, slow kitchen drain. »
